PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

By entering into this Agreement, the Parent acknowledges that personal information about the Parent and the Child will be used and processed by the School and shared with its representatives to the extent necessary to perform in terms of this Agreement and comply with relevant law.

 

​The School will take appropriate security measures to ensure the personal information is kept secure and protected against unauthorized use or unlawful processing. The School will not use or disclose the personal information to third parties without the Parent’s consent, unless the use or disclosure is required to carry out the performance of this Agreement; to comply with applicable law, order of court or legal process; and/or disclosure is necessary to protect and defend the legitimate interests of the School.
